Shipping Info

 

AUSTRALIA

  • Standard domestic shipping is $10 and may take up to 1-2 weeks. 
  • Express domestic shipping is $15 and may take up to 5-7 business days.
  • All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking to your e-mail.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse, 
  • Our warehouse team operates during business hours Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

LOCAL PICK UP

  • Local Pick Up address: 14 Hawker Street, Currumbin Waters, 4223 QLD.
  • Available Mon-Friday from 10am-2pm (excluding public holidays).
  • If the INBLUEM office is closed, please head into the warehouse for assistance with your order.
  • Please email wecare@inbluem.com if you are unable to pickup during arranged hours.

    INTERNATIONAL 

    US Shipping Update

    As of 26 August 2025, due to new US import tariff regulations (Executive Order 14324), Australia Post has temporarily suspended parcel services to the United States and Puerto Rico. This decision has been made to ensure compliance with new US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements. Key changes include:

    • Removal of the USD $800 duty-free threshold
    • New mandatory customs declaration fields
    • Duties and taxes must be prepaid before goods arrive in the US

    What this means for INBLUEM customers in the US & Puerto Rico:

    • Orders placed after 26 August 2025 cannot be shipped until further notice
    • Letters and documents of no commercial value are still accepted, but must meet new declaration requirements
    • Parcels lodged after 26 August will be returned to sender

    Looking Ahead

    Australia Post is working with Zonos®, an authorised CBP provider, to implement a solution that will allow services to resume. Once available, US customers will need to create a Verified Account with Zonos® to continue ordering.

    We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience as we navigate these changes. We’ll continue to keep you updated and share when shipping to the US reopens.

    DUTIES & TAXES

    • Shipping costs do not include any local taxes or duty fees.
    • The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are determined by your local government and may apply when importing your goods with customs.
    • Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to INBLUEM in order to receive a refund.
    • Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and regulations.
