AUSTRALIA
- Standard domestic shipping is $10 and may take up to 1-2 weeks.
- Express domestic shipping is $15 and may take up to 5-7 business days.
- All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking to your e-mail.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse,
- Our warehouse team operates during business hours Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
LOCAL PICK UP
- Local Pick Up address: 14 Hawker Street, Currumbin Waters, 4223 QLD.
- Available Mon-Friday from 10am-2pm (excluding public holidays).
- If the INBLUEM office is closed, please head into the warehouse for assistance with your order.
- Please email wecare@inbluem.com if you are unable to pickup during arranged hours.
INTERNATIONAL
CANADA - Shipping Update 29/09/25
Due to national union strike action commenced by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers on 25 September 2025 (Canada Eastern Time), Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending items to Canada.
As a result, Australia Post services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of Monday, 29 September 2025.
International items that were sent to Canada before Monday, 29 September 2025 and that have already arrived in Canada will be held securely by Canada Post until postal services resume. However, tracking information from Canada Post may not be available at this time.
International items bound for Canada and lodged with Australia Post on or before Monday, 29 September 2025 and that are still within the Australia Post network will be returned and eligible for postage refund.
USA - Shipping Update
We’re grateful to now be able to ship to the United States again. With the recent introduction of new US import tariffs we have had to slightly increase our pricing. This update allows us to ensure a seamless experience as we now cover all required duties and tariff fees upfront so there are no surprise charges for our customers at delivery.

EU & UK - Taxes + Duties
- Shipping costs do not include any local taxes or duty fees.
- The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are determined by your local government and may apply when importing your goods with customs.
- Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to INBLUEM in order to receive a refund.
- Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and regulations.
Spain & Portugal - Unable To Ship
Due to current import restrictions on natural skincare products, we are unable to ship orders to Spain and Portugal at this time.
