Artist in Residence: A New Creative Evolution

When the opportunity arose to welcome a Marketing Manager, we chose to move with intention.
Rather than filling a role, we created space for something greater. Something that speaks to the future of INBLUEM, our desire to connect deeply with community, and to bring more art into the world. The Artist in Residence is not just a role, but a journey, a three-month exploration of new visions and creative evolution. It’s about looking at the world through a different lens and sharing that with you.At INBLUEM, we’ve always been guided by the art of it. This new chapter reflects that — an invitation to create a broader platform for meaningful connection and to bring more of what feels true into the world. It’s about creating from a place of intention, with community, and with the art of possibility.
Find our Art in Residence within.

Welcoming @kuntibenson into her role as Artist in Residence. As Creative Director of @pointless_agency, Kunti has long been a quiet force in shaping creative spaces with a refined eye and intuitive sensibility. Her work has always been driven by authenticity and a deep sense of purpose, something that resonates deeply with us.
Now, Kunti steps into a new space within INBLUEM. She is here to shape and guide our creative expression from within, bringing her energy, vision, and insight to the stories we tell and the way we show up in the world. This is not just about creating content, but about creating something that feels true, something that invites a deeper connection to the art we share.
This role is more than just a new chapter; it is a reflection of the way we wish to move forward with intention, with community, and with the art of possibility.

Kunti’s creative journey has taken her across Australia and Bali, where she has developed a deep, intuitive approach to every project. Her work is defined by a seamless integration of elements, each one carefully considered to tell a story that feels both natural and compelling.
Over the coming months, you’ll feel her influence woven into everything we create. Perhaps you’ve already noticed it in our recent shoots, a quiet thread of her creative direction, unfolding and shaping the way we express ourselves.
Now, we deepen that connection, infusing it into every corner of INBLUEM, bringing a more cohesive and intentional creative vision to life.
Kunti’s role as our first Artist in Residence is not just a new chapter for us; it is a reimagining of how we engage with creativity, growth, and community. We are paving a new way forward, one that challenges traditional structures where art and expression are woven into every part of what we do. By blending intention with creativity, we are creating space for a more mindful, authentic approach to moving through the world.
This is not about simply fulfilling roles; it is about rethinking how we show up and how we invite others to join in that journey. With Kunti as our first Artist in Residence, we are taking the first step toward a future where creativity and connection are inseparable, where art becomes a vehicle for deeper meaning, and where every action is rooted in something genuine.
It is a vision of possibility, of seeing the world through fresh eyes, and of allowing creativity to guide us as we redefine what it means to move forward with purpose.
We invite you to join us on this journey as we move forward with intention and open ourselves to the art of what is possible.
