Article: AUSTRALIAN MADE EQUALS FAIR TRADE

AUSTRALIAN MADE EQUALS FAIR TRADE

We are so excited to announce that we are now proudly certified Australian Made, Owned and Grown! We are so grateful to live, work and create in such an abundant country filled with ancient wisdom. This means when you purchase INBLUEM, you’re directly supporting the local community and economy. From seed to skin we have ensured traceability to source everything from our ingredients to our packaging locally. Australian made standards are preeminent globally, with arguably the world’s strictest labour, business, safety and quality-control standards - so what does it really mean when you buy ‘Australian Made’?

SO WHAT DOES THIS REALLY MEAN?

AUSTRALIAN MADE = FAIR TRADE

Australia holds one of the highest Fair trade standards globally. This allows us to keep the process simple, keeping our entire process from seed to skin Australian Made ensures full traceability across our product line. We know our farmers personally and treat all our partners like family (most of our team are actually related to us in some way) ensuring our entire network is not only value aligned but earns an above average wage with safe workplace conditions. Fair trade is a guarantee that we are doing our due diligence to ensure that everyone is getting their fair share and treatment at each step of every INBLUEM formulation. Unfortunately, many companies throw away these principles in search of a fatter bottom line, and feign ignorance; pretending that it is too difficult to make sure everyone is being treated humanely in their manufacturing.

REDUCED CARBON FOOTPRINT

Supporting Australian Made reduces your carbon footprint. Since our plant potions are farmed, harvested, and manufactured right here on home soil, reducing unnecessary travel by plane or ship. For example, our Finger Limes are harvested and processed only a little drive from where we formulate and bottle our serums, before making its way into your loving home.
SUPPORTS FIRST NATIONS

Working with First Nations Farmers, and supporting Indigenous workers creates continuous opportunity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; and by being Australian Made we are able to work with and alongside these incredible communities to help empower and support them through INBLUEM and beyond. We understand that there is more to be done and more we can do. Which is why we will always endeavour to search for the best ways to give back and empower these incredible communities. This is the least we can do, and will forever be in debt to the original custodians of this remarkable land.

QUALITY CONTROL
Manufacturing standards in Australia are stringent and of some of the highest quality globally. This allows transparency and traceability from seed to skin to ensure you are receiving natural and organic solutions. We aim to replicate how fruits exist in nature, wild harvested and distilled with the magic of the planet into each bottle.

Made in Australia is a beautiful thing; but being certified ‘Australian Made’ is another. This certification ensures peace of mind that the little plant potions you have at home were created ethically, at the highest quality to support Australian local communities.
