STRENGTH AND VULNERABILITY ~ A GLIMPSE INTO The World of Jess

Who is Jess Lee Buchanan (the version you wish people knew)?

She’s shy, socially awkward  and a not as much of a bitch as you think she is.

In the realm of astrology, what is your Sun (representing your identity, sense of self, and ego), Moon (your inner you) and Rising (how you project yourself)?

I'm a Pisces Sun, a Libra Moon, and a Gemini Rising.

What does self love mean to you?

Not sacrificing my well-being to please others.

When did you first embark on your holistic healthy journey, and what prompted you to do so?

I've always been highly suspicious of the pharmaceutical world, specifically when it comes to my skin.

How have your self care practices changed since becoming a mum?

I’ve simplified it completely. I no longer have the attention span for a 100-step routine. I’ve chosen products that work with me and my lifestyle.

How did you discover INBLUEM?

I absolutely love Montana and anything she does, so when INBLUEM came out, I had to give it a go, especially after all the amazing reviews!

What is something you would tell your younger self?

Don’t be afraid!

What’s an unconventional/unique way you practice Self Love?

I move at my own pace, unapologetically.

x
