The Cost of Staying True: Why are we adjusting our prices?

We have always believed that self-care should be accessible, that skincare should be made with integrity, and that we should never sacrifice quality for the sake of cutting costs. For a long time, we have resisted making any changes to our pricing, despite rising costs across the board, because we care deeply about this community. But the reality is, we are now at a point where an adjustment is necessary for us to continue offering the same high-integrity skincare that you know and trust.

The Rising Cost of Everything

If you live in Australia, you know that the cost of living has surged. From groceries to rent, to the smallest everyday expenses, everything has gone up. And behind the scenes, we have been absorbing these changes for as long as possible. The costs of our raw ingredients, packaging, postage, and business operations have all increased, some by over 50%, as our suppliers have adjusted their pricing to keep up with inflation. Many beauty brands raised their prices long ago, but we chose to hold out because we didn’t want to place an extra burden on our community.

Why We Won’t Compromise on Quality

Unlike conventional beauty brands that use fillers, synthetics, and cheaper ingredients to keep costs low, we are committed to using only the highest quality, ethically sourced, and effective botanicals. The difference? Many mainstream skincare products are designed to create the illusion of hydration or repair, using silicones and synthetic emollients that sit on the skin without truly nourishing it.

In contrast, every INBLUEM formulation is crafted with whole-plant extracts and bioavailable nutrients that work with your skin, supporting its natural healing processes, rather than masking problems. This level of quality and integrity comes at a cost, but it is a cost we are unwilling to cut corners on.

The Change & What It Means for You

To continue creating the skincare you love, we will be making a small price adjustment in the coming weeks. If you are already subscribed to our Self Love Club Subscription (Subscribed delivery every 3 months), your orders will remain at a discounted rate, this is our way of ensuring consistency and accessibility for those who have made our skincare a ritual.

For anyone who has been considering joining, now is the time to lock in your subscription before the new prices take effect. With 10% off all subscription orders, automatic refills every three months, and exclusive access to launches and promotions, it is the easiest way to maintain your self-care without interruption.

Thank You for Being Here

We are endlessly grateful for this community, and for the trust you place in us to care for your skin. This is not a decision we have made lightly, but one that will allow us to continue offering what we believe in, skincare that is not just natural, but effective, and made with the highest integrity.

If you have any questions, we are always here to chat. And as always, we appreciate your support more than words can say.
