Internship Opportunity! Accepting Applications

Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and all things marketing? Do you live and breathe holistic wellness? Then we want to hear from you ~Now is your time to Bloom!

Hi beautiful community,

The time has finally come ~ we're opening our doors to interns for the very first time! We're so excited to find the perfect person/s to join our little team who deeply aligns with our values and vision; someone who could become a permanent part of INBLUEM!

About You:

You’re either currently studying, freshly graduated, or already have some hands-on experience in marketing, and the world of e-commerce excites you. You’re passionate about social media, content creation, and staying on top of trends, and you love discovering how brands can build meaningful connections with their communities.

You thrive in both collaborative environments and independent projects, have a strong drive to learn, and adapt easily to new challenges. Most importantly, you care deeply about people, the planet, and making a positive impact through your work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of our little team, you’ll get hands-on experience and valuable insight into what it’s like to be a marketing assistant. Here’s a glimpse of what your days will look like:

Social Media
Dive into content creation, planning, and scheduling while contributing to strategy. You’ll help craft posts that inspire and connect with our community across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

EDMs & Blogs
Get creative with email campaigns and blog posts, learning how to write compelling copy that resonates with our audience while staying true to our brand’s voice.

Affiliate & Influencer Partnerships
Assist in building and nurturing relationships with like-minded individuals, from affiliates to influencers, helping us spread the INBLUEM message in meaningful ways.

Creative Campaigns
Be part of brainstorming sessions and help bring campaign ideas to life. From concept to execution, you’ll learn the process of creating impactful marketing initiatives.

Each task is designed to give you a deeper understanding of marketing while helping you develop skills that could pave the way for a long-term role in our team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong interest in holistic health, wellness, and sustainability

  • Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and social media platforms

  • A positive energy with the ability to show initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Someone who lives locally (Gold Coast/Northern Rivers area), has their own laptop and transport, and can come into our office one day per week

Details:

  • Duration: 3 months (~120 hours)

  • Location: Currumbin Waters, QLD (office) or on location for shoots

How to Apply:

We’d love to hear from you! Share a short video cover letter introducing yourself, your experience, and why you’re excited to be our next intern. Use this opportunity to show off your creativity and your ability to create on-brand content for INBLUEM.

Send your resume, portfolio, and a link to your video to partnerships@inbluem.com.

Let’s create something beautiful together ~ we can’t wait to meet you! 🌿
